"A" for "Αpple",the apple tree was perhaps the earliest tree to be cultivated and its fruits have been improved through selection over thousands of years (source: Wikipedia).

"J" for "Joy", means a feeling of great pleasure and happiness (source: Wikipedia). Make sure you reach for your own feelings.

"S" for "Sadness", an emotional pain associated with, or characterized by, feelings of disadvantage, loss, despair, grief, helplessness, disappointment and sorrow. An individual experiencing sadness may become quiet or lethargic, and withdraw themselves from others (source: Wikipedia).

"L" for "lake", an area filled with water, localized in a basin, that is surrounded by land, apart from any river or other outlet that serves to feed or drain the lake (source: Wikipedia).
 

"R" for "Reality": is the sum or aggregate of all that is real or existent, as opposed to that which is merely imaginary. The term is also used to refer to the ontological status of things, indicating their existence (source: Wikipedia)

"X", for "Xenophobia", the fear and distrust of that which is perceived to be foreign or strange (source: Wikipedia).

"K" for "Kindness", the quality or state of being kind (source: Wikipedia). Be kind, it costs nothing. 

"H" for "Hello", a salutation or greeting in the English language. It is first attested in writing from 1826 (source: Wikipedia). A "Hello" with a warm and honest smile can really make your day.
 

"I" for "Ideology", a collection of normative beliefs and values held by an individual or group for other than purely epistemic reasons (source: Wikipedia). Our daily "yes" and "no" form an ideology.
